Single User

Purchase of the license entitles one person to use HttpWatch Professional on any computer that is exclusively used by them. Use by other individuals requires additional licenses to be purchased.

Four User Team

Purchase of the license entitles four people to use HttpWatch Professional on any computer that is exclusively used by them. Use by more than four individuals requires additional licenses to be purchased.

Ten User Team

Purchase of the license entitles ten people to use HttpWatch Professional on any computer that is exclusively used by them. Use by more than ten individuals requires additional licenses to be purchased.

Site

Purchase of the license entitles a company or organization to unlimited use of HttpWatch Professional at a single site. A site is defined as a single physical address, i.e. a building or group of buildings sharing the same postal address.

Enterprise

Purchase of the license entitles a company or organization to unlimited use of HttpWatch Professional by its employees at any location worldwide.

Q. How is HttpWatch Professional delivered?

A. HttpWatch Professional is delivered electronically. The setup program can be downloaded from this site and the license key is delivered by email as soon as your order is processed. You can also download the license key directly from the final page of the shopping cart after your credit card payment as been processed.


Q. How do I upgrade to version 15.x of HttpWatch?

A. If you purchased a version 14.x license on or after December 11th 2023, or if you had active maintenance on March 11th 2024, you can use your existing license key to install HttpWatch Professional 15.x. To upgrade simply download the version 15.x setup file and install it using your existing license key.

Otherwise, you can buy at upgrade license by going to our online store and selecting the appropriate upgrade license. You will need to enter your existing HttpWatch license key when you place an order for an upgrade license.


Q. Can I buy a license by purchase order?

A. Yes, please see the Purchase Order page for more details.


Q. Can I pay by check or wire transfer?

A. Yes, if you purchase directly from us by Purchase Order.


Q. Can I pay by credit card?

A. Yes, you can use Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards if you place an online order. The payment for HttpWatch will appear as NEUMETRIX on your credit card statement.


Q. What happens when I place an order with a credit card? When do I receive the license key?

A. If you place an online order you will need to supply your contact details and information about your credit card. You can then review the order before it is submitted and payment is taken from your credit card. Once the process is completed you can download the HttpWatch Professional license key from the last page of the shopping cart. A copy of the license will also be sent to you be email.

To install HttpWatch Professional you will need to download and run the setup program. Your license key allows the setup program to install HttpWatch Professional.


Q. Will I get a receipt for my order?

A. Yes, you will receive a receipt by email as soon as your online order is processed.


Q. What is the difference between updates and upgrades?

A. Please refer to HttpWatch Software Maintenance for information about our upgrade policy.


Q. What is the 1 Year Priority Support and Maintenance included with new licenses?

One year of maintenance entitles you to a free upgrade to the next major version if it is released within 1 year of when you purchased your license.

You can also contact us by telephone if initial fixes or workarounds that we suggest by email are unsuccessful. In addition, your support requests will be given priority over other customers who are using standard support.

We will usually be able to respond to your emails and support calls within an hour during the UK working day ( 9 am - 5pm UK time, 4 am to 12 pm East Coast time). Support is still available outside of these hours but it may take us longer to respond; possibly up to 24 hours in some cases.

The Priority Support and Maintenance option can be renewed at the end of the first year to maintain the same level of support and maintenance. Please refer to the Upgrades page for pricing.


Q. When can I renew the 1 Year Priority Support and Maintenance option?

A. You can renew the Priority Support and Maintenance option up to 90 days before the expiration date.


Q. How is support provided?

A. Free support is provided by email. Customers who have purchased the Priority Support option can also contact us by phone and will be given priority over other support requests.
